I took 20 doses of 250 mg cipro and am experiencing heart palpitations, high blood pressure, and heart racing. I've had a CAT scan, chest x-ray, and an EKG that all showed my heart as functioning normally, but the symptoms continue. I've checked my thyroid and adrenal glands and all are functioning normally. This leads me back to Cipro as the reason for my problems. The palpitations, racing, and shortness of breath are worsened with exertion. Is there a way to reverse the damage?
