Hello I Took 3 Zenflox Irregularly For About 3 Days.

Hello I took 3 Zenflox irregularly for about 3 days. This was about 15 days ago. Now I have an acute case of diahhrea. Loose motions about 12 to 15 times in the last 4 hours. I took 1 Imodium, but the diahhrea hasn't stopped. Just slowed down. Can I take Zenflox now with Aciloc 150? Or should I take Metrogyl, which I took intermittently or irregularly too, about 15 to 20 days ago. I would appreciate your advice.
