Hello I Took A Plan B Pill After Sex Because

Hello I took a plan B pill after sex because the condom broke I had missed two pills to my birth control so I took the plan b pill immediately after I saw it broke. About an hour later a huge clump of clear jelly stuff came out of me. Is that normal? Also will taking the plan be effect my birth control cycle?
