Hello. I Took Misoprostil In February For A Missed Miscarriage

Hello. I took misoprostil in February for a missed miscarriage at 5 weeks pregnant. I went in yesterday and was told I may still have placenta etc still in there because my uterus lining was thick. I was on my period yesterday but now my period is gone in just the matter of 1 day or so. What could this be?
