Hello. I Took The Abortion Pills And I Ended Up

Hello. I took the abortion pills and I ended up throwing up the 2nd tablets but not sure how long i have the medicine in my system. I had light bleeding and some cramps. I went to my obgyn and he told me that the baby was fine when he performed a vaginal ultrasound. I didn't tell the doctor I had an abortion just that I think I had a miscarriage. Could I still be pregnant?
