Hello, I Used A Canesten Pessary Two Days Ago, And

Hello, I used a Canesten pessary two days ago, and day after I used pessary, spotted pink and yellow discharges, next day they turn to light brown color. Can it be any serious disease? I seen doctor two months ago and she couldn't see erosion. Last 6 months my periods are unregular.
