Hello I Used A Small Amount Of Bleach In Water

Hello I used a small amount of bleach in water to clean the toy room for my kids I had the window open for the smell won't harm me. But ever seams the I am having trouble breathing my chest and uperback feel tight and my bottom teeth feel like metal when I am breathing. Should I go to the doctor or this feeling will go away?
