Hello, I Wake Up With With Nausea And Diarrhoea Which

Hello, I wake up with with nausea and diarrhoea which lasts all morning but I haven't had an appetite for ages! I have a dry mouth even though my urine is clear. Last week I had a fever, headache, cold symptoms and found it hard to concentrate on everything including the TV but that seems to have gone. As the day progresses it changes to stomach cramps. - just over a month ago some air freshener got sprayed towards my face and I swallowed some but it did not burn or anything could this be related or am I just putting two and two together?
