Hello I Want To Ask Last Month I Dident Have

Hello I want to ask last month I dident have my period and I had this cramps I felt like a pregnant I had all symptoms last week I did pregnancy test it vas very faint positive line but week later today I got my period and same time I did test again and after 3 min I can see super very faint line what that mean? Thank u
