I want to ask what is coarse echotexture of liver?my father has this problem,he has 2.5cm calculus in pelvis of right kidney causing moderate hydronephrosis and in left kidney 1.8cm calculus in its lower pole causing minimal caliectasis.Doctors did surgery once for kidney and the other time laser treatment but it came again.which one is more serious liver problem or kidney?what is its cure?
