Hello I Wanted To Know If It Is Possibly For

Hello I wanted to know if it is possibly for a patient who wants to end their relationship with a doctor to ask the office to shred of delete their medical records ? And if they took picture if they can delete the pictures at least because I'm really uncomfortable with them having pictures of the affected area. Also can I request a copy of my medical records from them?
