Hello, I Was 5 Weeks Pregnant When I Decided To

Hello, I was 5 weeks pregnant when I decided to undergo medicinal abortion. Pills to push up and under tongue. This was about 2 weeks ago. I had no bleeding whatsoever like it had worked so i contacted the doctor and a week after I got another 4 pill to place under tongue and insides of mouth. In few hours I started bleeding but not much. I passed some clots the following morning. The blood throughout everything was l pale in color, but I just stopped bleeding yesterday which was the 7th day. Spoke to the doctor and he says because I was only 5 weeks I wouldn't have much to pass out. I thought I should have bled more. I had strange and constant pain in my entire left side of bod for a few days. I started experiencing pain in my calf and swelling of the ankles about 4 days ago. In my past pregnancies I had to be on blood thinners because I had sticky blood syndrome. My first pregnancy I had 3 clots in my leg. The second one no clots because I thinned the blood before it could affect me. I am now scared because I thought terminating the pregnancy at 5 weeks I would not undergo any clotting issues. And I took a pregnancy test this morning and it still reads positive. I am confused and my doctor seems to me clueless. He has an excuse for every complaint I make. My back is also hurting but it's not my plates are spine. I think it may be my kidneys. I am scared.
