Hello I Was 7 Days Late Of My Period While

Hello I was 7 days late of my period while having every single symptom of pregnacy except for vomiting. I started my period after being late 7 days with heavy bleeding then normal bad cramping with a lot of clotting. I took a pregnacy test first one was negative and the second one had a faint line. I don't know if I am pregnant or having a miscarriage or just having a period. I have never missed a period ever in my life. I know my body and this is a different feeling I have ever day. Help????
