Hello, I Was At MMA Practice Tonight And Was Hit
Hello,
I was at MMA practice tonight and was hit on the tip of my nose. There is no swelling, very little pain, and no visible deformation of the nose. However when I looked inside of my nose the skin is torn and looks to be exposing cartilage when I push the skin to the side. I'm seeing my doctor Monday but wanted to know possible treatment options or things I can do to help it heal until then. Thank you
