I was at a beach in south fl on the gulf side. There has been a red tide outbreak, I since have a rash around and near the groin area. Accompanied with severe itching and burning. My abdomen is distended and swollen as well as my legs and feet. My balance is off, and my eyes want to cross. I was barely able to drive this evening. Are these symptoms of red tide exposure?
