Hello. I Was At A Concert Yesterday And A Guy

Hello. I was at a concert yesterday and a guy walked past me with a cigar. I stopped him, took a small hit and went away. Notice: a few hours earlier i had an acne on the far left side of my lip that i ripped off cos it got too big, but by the time the concert started i think it got patched up. I however dont think it had sny contact with it. If the guy had HlV, what are the chances of me getting it from that?
