Hello, I Was At A Party The Other Day And

Hello, I was at a party the other day and noticed that I had either blood or red Mio water enhancer (which there was at the party) on my fingers near my knuckles which I assume came from shaking hands. As soon as I noticed, I immediately washed my hands with soap and water without further examination. Is there any risk of catching anything through a wart that had been picked at (no blood drawn, just enough to pick the dry skin off)?
