Hello. I Was Attempting To Get Pregnant And Last Month

Hello. I was attempting to get pregnant and last month had intercourse two days prior to my cycle which stated on the 2nd. My flow was regular however ended on the 5th day when i usually go for seven days. This month my cycle was supposed to come on the 2nd and it didn't on Sunday after an argument I started to spot, not Monday I spotted, on Tuesday I went to the restroom and the was blood and it was bright red today there is nothing but I am still spotting. Is it possible that I can be pregnant? If so what might be the cause of me spotting?
