Hello, I Was Away On Holidays (Turkey) A Few Weeks

I was away on holidays (Turkey) a few weeks back and noticed something on my shoulder which I thought might be a boil or spot. Then I took some antibiotics cause of a toothache. This spot which I now think might have been a bite as it looks similar to when I searched google pictures. I was very red, big and had no yellow infection looking thing at the start. After the antibiotic the spot/bite came to a head. So with help we decided to pop it, the yellow puss came out, the water/plasma and then some blood. It was a little sore but not to bad, but today it feels worse.
