Hello. I Was Bitten A Week Ago On My Rib

Hello. I was bitten a week ago on my rib cage in two separate areas, both which have three sets of puncture holes. It has been welted, very itchy, and the puncture holes are visible with white rings (dried skin cells?) around each hole. Today (one week later) I began feeling a burning pain which has now been followed by aching (feels like I've been punched in the side). I'm starting to feel back and stomach pain as well. Is this typical for what i'm guessing is a spider bite? Or do you recommend seeing a doctor?
