Hello, I Was Considering Using Zantac Rather Than Nexium But

Hello,
I was considering using Zantac rather than Nexium but concerned about side effects.
I have SVT's which occur with some meds and sometimes not. If Zantac has a potential effect on HR such as irregularity then I should not take it.
Please advise. I am also very sensitive to medications.
