Hello, I Was Cut With A Steak Knife Today. And

Hello, I was cut with a steak knife today. And there is this tissue that looks white. Whenever I put pressure on it, the tissue pops out. I thought it was just skin on the outside, so I pulled on it. Not sure what it could be. If you want I can put a picture
