Hello, I Was Diagnosed With BV A Little Over A

Hello, I was diagnosed with BV a little over a week ago and I am on day 6 of antibiotics. My question is concerning the unbearable itch that won't go away. Some days are better than others and I have been using 1% hydrocortisone cream with aloe. Could the cream be making my condition worse? I finish my medicine tomorrow and I'm worried I've only worsened my bv.
