Hello, I Was Diagnosed With PCOD Back In 2014. I

I was diagnosed with PCOD back in 2014. I was taking glyciphage 1gm, folic acid. Then in follicular monitoring, it was found that ovulation was regular. Then I took clomid for 6 months with no success. Then I did ultrasound again and found endometriotic cyst. Doctor prescribed me HSG for tube blockage testing and did hormonal treatment. My mu follicular did not rupture. Then I stated taking ayurved. Now in UGG, there is no PCOD, no endometriosis. Only a small fibroid outside uterus. My doctor is asking for laparoscopy still. Now I am doubtful whether laparoscopy is really requires.

I am taking patanjali ayurvedic medicine now. Also I am doing castor oil packs starting from 5th day till 12th day of my cycle daily. Can this cure my problem and help me to conceive?
