Hello I Was Diagnosed With PVCs A Few Months Ago...

Hello I was diagnosed with PVCs a few months ago... But I sometimes have them so frequent that it is very uncomfortable and I can feel all the missed beats.. It effects my living.. Is there anything to do to make then stop and if I have thousands a day can this be harmful as it is very worry some and hard to focus on anything else.
