Hello I Was Diagnosed With A Lipoma 3 Years Ago

Hello I was diagnosed with a lipoma 3 years ago but now it feels like I have 2 in the same area Which is in the side of my thigh near the back of my knee. Is it possible to have 2 or could this be a swollen lymph node.the reason I worry this could be the case as I recently had a malignant melanoma in situ removed on my upper back and wondering if this has anything to do with this.
