Hello, I Was Diagnosed With A Right 11th Rib Fracture

I was diagnosed with a right 11th rib fracture after feeling pain on that side for months. There was no blunt force trauma and I had every test under the sun including blood work X-rays and urine sample. Everything was normal except the X-ray which said I had the rib fracture. All was well so I thought , But now, believe or not, I am feeling the same pain in the same area on the left side. What the hec is going on.? I am a healthy 54 year ole woman. I am not over weight, and I excerscise 6 days a week. This is becoming very depressing for me. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
