Hello! I Was Drinking Water And Seconds Later I Felt

Hello! I was drinking water and seconds later I felt something on my left side on the back of my mouth, as if food got stuck. I put my finger on the back of my throat to reach out for whatever it was and noticed a bit of blood on my finger tip so I got my phone, turned on my flashlight, and checked what it was. It was a loose skin on my left tonsil bleeding on the tip, but not too exaggerated, it was only a little bit. Then I noticed white stuff coming out ( it wasn't liquid, it was solid I guess you can say ?) should I be really concerned?
