Hello! I Was Driving Home This Evening When My Fingertips

Hello! I was driving home this evening when my fingertips became cold. They felt like I had been handling snow or ice, sort of tingly. When I arrived home, I looked at my fingers and 4 of them looked like there was no blood flowing into the fingertips. I compared them with the other fingers, which were normal. I decided to run water over them, but had to remove them quickly because of the pain. What could possibly cause this?
