Hello, I Was Feeling On My Back This Evening And

Hello, I was feeling on my back this evening and I found what felt like scar like marks the size of my freckles, maybe 3 or so. I decided to look in the mirror at them and one has a tiny blue-ish dot on the side of it. Is this something I should be worried about or is this something common?
Please any insight would be wonderful.
