Hello I Was Given Albenza In The ER Last Night

Hello I was given Albenza in the ER last night to deal with parasites. I seemed to go to bed just fine, woke up and ate a bowl of cereal. However I have been throwing up off and on all day, mostly dry heaving but I think I am also ejecting some long worms when I swirl the water with paper. My question is should I go back to the ER ? I haven't really been able to eat all day and maybe have thrown up around 30 times.
