Hello I Was Giving A Shot And Some Kind Of

Hello I was giving a shot and some kind of liquid when I went to the hospital last tuesday . I told them I had pain during urinating and my testicles felt sore so they took a urine sample and gave me the shot and drink . How long will I feel sore and now im getting pain on my left thigh I wasnt given any medication to take home and never got my results from the urine test but they said I have clamydia also my partner isnt showing signs of it I been with no one but her in a year and she said I got it from another girl not her is this possible
