Hello! I Was Having Sex With A New Partner And

Hello! I was having sex with a new partner and I started having a terrible burning and itching in my whole vulva area. There was also a lot of abnormal discharge. I thought it might be a yeast infection so I treated it with Monistat 3 and that seemed to work well. We had sex again after that and it still itched again a little bit, but only for a day until it went away. We used a condom every time so we decided to switch the type of condom to one without spermicide. This seemed to help, as there was no itching afterwards. It has been about 3 weeks since I've had sex, but 2 nights ago I was fingered and there's a lot of itching yesterday and today, but no discharge. Could this be related to my previous symptoms, or is this something entirely new? Could it just be irritated from being too rough?
