Hello; I Was In A Car Accident Last November And

Hello; I was in a car accident last November and ever since I have had a sensation of fluid running just under my scalp. I have been to a neurologist who said all was well but she did not order an MRI. There is no pain, but a tingling across my upper back from shoulder to shoulder. I am a 60 year old female, 5' 7' and I weigh 150. Thanks
