Hello, I Was In A Skateboarding Accident Recently And Fell

Hello, I was in a skateboarding accident recently and fell onto my left side mainly my hip and elbow. My elbow is severely bruised but that is all the damage there but my hip is in a lot of pain. A lot of the skin was scraped and I have bad road rash and bruising is getting worse and worse. Im worried something worse happened with my actual hip bone, how could I tell?
