Hello. I Was In The Hospital 3 Days Ago Due

Hello. I was in the hospital 3 days ago due to very bad abdominal pain to find out that I have a gold ball sized cyst on my left ovary and two small cysts on my right ovary. I also have a moderate amount of fluid in my pelvic cul de sac. The reason I am messaging you is because I had started my period last night and now my pain has worstened. I had an appointment with adagio health today and they didn't even check me out about the cysts and said women get them all the time. I am worried I am only 20 years old please help.
