I was just reading up on cod liver oil on the WEBMD site and I noticed a couple contradictions. The overview states that it does not lower high cholesteral or reduce arthritis pain yet the Conditions & Treatments sections it does list high cholesterol and arthritis as being treatable. Why the contradiction and is cod liver oil actually good for treating arthritis and high cholesterol?
