Hello, I Was Just Released From The Hospital Yesterday, Due

Hello, I was just released from the hospital yesterday, due to a sever asthma attack, that was hard to get under control. I am currently taking 60mg of prednisone, augmentine, tessla perls. Lab tests and chest xrays came back as normal. I do have factor five leiden, an atrophic left kidney, and high blood pressure. Both my arms feel like they have a boa constricter wrapped around them. When laying down I get a stabbing pain in the center of my chest. Any ideas?
