Hello, I Was Just Sitting Here Talking To A Friend

Hello, I was just sitting here talking to a friend about Hernia's. I was trying to explain to him the type of surgery I had but can't remember the name of the diagnosis that was given to me. So I was hoping maybe you could help. I had something happen were my diaphragm had a tear in it and from my understanding everything from my stomach went to my chest. What is this called?
