Hello I Was Just Sitting Here Watching Tv And Went

Hello I was just sitting here watching tv and went to scratch my head and as i was pulling my arm down i felt a bruise on my head well im not sure if its a bruise because my hair. But hurts really bad when i touch it like a bruise but i havent hit my head or anything. And its making me worried. Any ideas on what it is
