Hello, I Was Observing My Knee Caps Earlier And Noticed

Hello, I was observing my knee caps earlier and noticed when I locked my knees, they had dimples. The reason why I'm concerned is because a few weeks ago I started a workout/running routine. I would do calisthenics and run four times a week. I would do calisthenics in the morning and run in the evening. About nine days ago, I stopped my routine because after my run I started to feel aches in my knees and ankles and my Achilles' tendon. I spoke to my recruiter and he suggested I lay off my routine till I get healed. From the sources I've looked up, the pain should go away in ten days. It's been nine days now, my knees and ankles/Achilles' tendons feel much better. But I am wondering what should I do?
