Hello, I Was Operated From A Benigne Brain Tumor Last

Hello, I was operated from a benigne brain tumor last Tuesday. It was a laparoscopic operation through the nose.
I was feeling well until 11:00 a.m. yesterday. Then I became very tired without apparent reason and I started feeling my legs particulary heavy.
This feeling has been present the whole day and it continues now.
Could this be a symptom of a post-operational blood clot?
Whatvshould I do in this situation? Many thanks, in advance for your help!
