Hello, I Was Outside Last Evening Exercising When I Smelled

Hello, I was outside last evening exercising when I smelled something strange. It was like a chemical or insect spray. It caused my nose to burn. The big problem is though is that I had my 6 months old with me as well. I am now worrying because I can still feel my nose burning and I am not sure what effect, if any, the scent could have on my baby. What should I do?
