Hello. I Was Painting A Cardboard Box When I Accidentally

Hello. I was painting a cardboard box when I accidentally sprayed paint on my face, I didn't react cautiously just coughed, and past it off. That was last Thursday and now i'm noticing that all my sences are lowered and I tend to forget things very quickly, I've also been stutering , and been very confused; what I mean by confused is that if I go to do something, I forget what it was I needed to do. These might be small things but I'm still scared, mostly because it keeps getting worse as the days progress. Is there something permanently wrong with me, because of that accident. Please if you have the time can you please answer this I don't know what else to do.
