Hello I Was Playing Soccer Today When Someone Slide Tackled

Hello I was playing soccer today when someone slide tackled me with their cleats and hit it. I continued playing through the pain and after I checked my ankle and there is a dent, and it is black. It is a constant pain that hurts 10x more when I touch it
