Hello, I Was Pregnant And I Was Noticing Some Really

I was pregnant and I was noticing some really thick discharge the doctor had got a culture of it and said it was yeast. Now I had my baby but unfortunate did not make it I still had this (gooey, mucus discharge come out and today I notice some white particles when I peed along with the white discharge. What could this be? I got checked for (toxmoses, gonniheria, herpes and listeria and they all came back negative). What could this be ? I'm worried.
