Hello, I Was Pulling Some Corroded Batteries Out An Old

Hello, I was pulling some corroded batteries out an old toy and may or may not have gotten some battery acid.. dust? in my eye? It didn't and doesn't burn at all, it just felt a little irritated like when u get dust in your eye. I rinsed with water, and eye drops and now it feels fine but should I rinse it longer even if I dont feel anything? My vision seems to be fine too.
