Hello, I Was Pulling Up My Hair Today And Noticed

I was pulling up my hair today and noticed a black line running around the back of my neck.
At first I thought it was from my chain. I used soap to wash it off. It didn't come off.
Am concern that it may be coming from a health problem I might have that i don't know about
