Hello, I Was Quickly Getting Into The Backseat Of My

Hello, I was quickly getting into the backseat of my car and the upper compartment was down and I smashed my head into the corner. It bleed for a little while and is a decent sized cut. I have a bump surrounding the area. The area is small however. Should I be worried about a concussion or blood clot or anything else serious?
