Hello, I Was Reaching Up Into A Cabinet This Morning

Hello, I was reaching up into a cabinet this morning to put some dishes away. In doing so, a burst of pain radiated in the top part of my back. It took my breathe, and is still hard to breath. I am in extreme pain. Could I have pulled something? Thanks
